Reviewed the outstanding web page of Pat Lobe Toyota of Mckinney. Called to set an appointment. Spoke with Camron Galaviz. On arrival was met and greeted then was greeted by Camron. It was instant friends Mckinney. Called to set an appointment. Spoke with Camron Galaviz. On arrival was met and greeted then was greeted by Camron. It was instant friendship. We spoke regarding trade vehicle and then went and test drove an new arrival Toyota Highlander Limited. That’s all it took. Went in and entered into a no hassle agreement and picked the Highlander up the next day after it had been prepped for delivery. Words to describe ( FLAWLESS”). Do yourself a favor and ask for Camron when you visit. More

Steven Meece was amazing from start to finish. I had contacted so many dealerships during the pandemic because of a specific model I wanted that was extremely hard to find. I got very badly burned from contacted so many dealerships during the pandemic because of a specific model I wanted that was extremely hard to find. I got very badly burned from another NTX dealer and pretty much gave up. Steven contacted me in just a follow up and when I told him what had happened and he was very apologetic even though it wasn't his dealership. He was honest from the get, and when I was finally able to order my vehicle, he was so amazing that I ordered 2. I just picked up my first one (the unicorn Hybrid Highlander in white with black interior), and it couldn't have been an easier transaction from start to finish! Steven was great, as was Antonio in Finance. I can't wait to go back to get my second vehicle. More
