My husband and I stopped into Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney on a whim. We both had seen the new RAV4's around town and thought they were nice. My Mini Cooper had recently 'seen better days' so we thou McKinney on a whim. We both had seen the new RAV4's around town and thought they were nice. My Mini Cooper had recently 'seen better days' so we thought perusing the Toyota options would be fun. Little did we know we would be taken care of so well by Steven, Spike and Brian. Steven went above and beyond to help me decide on the type of new car that would fit me best. He was understanding and very patient and made the process fun.
