We found our listing on auto trader after looking for 6 months. The truck at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was exactly what we were looking for! I made a request online and an employee named Abraham reached months. The truck at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was exactly what we were looking for! I made a request online and an employee named Abraham reached out to us the same day. The dealership had later hours in the evening so we were able to drive over after work. Abraham was very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to show us the truck. The whole process took less then 2 hours with Abraham helping us the whole time. We will definitely check with them again the next time we are in the market for another vehicle. More

Robert is a great service advisor. He was able to help diagnose the problem with my 4Runner and get it fixed super quickly - even during these crazy times. I had the car towed on Frida He was able to help diagnose the problem with my 4Runner and get it fixed super quickly - even during these crazy times. I had the car towed on Friday afternoon and it was fixed and ready to pick up on Saturday. I've found a new partner for car service and it's great to have someone you can trust!
