Great Salesman Carlos, his manager not cool almost lost the sale. Forced a $1400. This location is very nice. They have a drink machine and coffee available if you have to wait. However, our salesman, Hasan, was very blunt and rude with his delivery of inform They have a drink machine and coffee available if you have to wait. However, our salesman, Hasan, was very blunt and rude with his delivery of information. We did end up trading in our vehicle for a new one, but at the end while we were moving everything from the old car to the new Hasan asked if I could write a review to help him out. I said that I would. He gave me the website and said that it could be "a little tricky" so he insisted that he stand next to me while I wrote my review, but that we wouldn't do it for me. Then when prompted to rate the dealership, he tapped 5 stars, and told me to click next. When brought to this part, writing my review, I told him I could handle it from here and if anything was 'too tricky I could figure it out. But again he insisted that I do it right away because it would "really help him out". So, I wrote a quick review and went on. Then he grabbed my phone, and gave himself a 5 star review, completely ignoring the options to rate the manager and the really awesome guy that we had in the financial department, John. after he gave everything a 5 star review and got to the submit button, he handed my phone back and asked me to submit the review and stood there until I verified it via the email sent to me. I'm not sure if this is a common practice at this location but it ended up putting a really bad taste in my mouth. If I need to recommend a dealership, I most likely will not be recommending this location, just so that I don't possibly subject my friends or family to Hasan. More
