Can’t say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable that the service staff was. Brought in my ‘11 FJ to have my coolant system flushed. Told me it would it would take about an hour to 1 1/2 hrs and tha that the service staff was. Brought in my ‘11 FJ to have my coolant system flushed. Told me it would it would take about an hour to 1 1/2 hrs and that’s exactly what it was. Very clean waiting area and lots of room. My service advisor was so very helpful and not pushy at all. Gave suggestions for my next visit to keep my vehicle safe on the road. Like having my brake pads replaced and brake fluid flushed. Which I will be doing very soon. Again, super nice and friendly! Can’t recommend Pat Lobb service department enough. More

Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney is the best dealership in DFW area period. I had a chance to take my car to other Toyota dealerships including Toyota headquarters in Plano & Toyota of Richardson for routine DFW area period. I had a chance to take my car to other Toyota dealerships including Toyota headquarters in Plano & Toyota of Richardson for routine maintenance service and I can say for sure Pat Lobb’s of Toyota service came on top. All the service advisors are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend these guys. 10/10 from the shuttle driver to the guy who pulls up your car when the service is complete. Toyota of McKinney service is the best. More

Rodney was great and made everything easy without making me feel pressured. The reason for the 4 stars for the dealership is that I didn’t like being forced to buy the LoJack package.
