I had a great experience with Duane at Pat Lob Toyota. I knew I wanted a Venza months in advance and he found one headed to the dealership and we were able to put it on hold for me and my husband. I’ll definitely be back to see Ruben if I ever need another vehicle! Unfortunately, Aldo and Ernie made the finance part of the car-buying process very difficult. I already had financing secured, but they still had us waiting for hours. They were unfriendly and came across as rude in both their tone and approach toward me and my husband. It really put a damper on an otherwise positive experience. More
