Justin was thorough when gathering information for what type of car we were hoping to get and addressing concerns brought on by our previous lease experience. He kept us updated and was clear about each step of the process. The whole process was quick and as simple as buying a car can be. My family has been with VW for about 40 years now and I have personally dealt with all of MA VW dealerships and Patrick Vw has been the most reliable and helpful of the three. This was my third time leasing through Patrick Volkswagen. I worked with David Balkus the last 6 years and Andrew this time. Michael Sutherland is the Finance Manager who helped us sign everything at the end and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I was bummed to learn that I left my brother’s funeral mass card and my other brothers’ military portraits in the visors of the car I turned in. I called back two days later and they had thrown them out, so I wish someone had thought to give me a call since I live just a few miles away and these were clearly sentimental items, but I understand it was my fault for forgetting them in the first place. Will lease with them again! More
