I bought a VW New Beetle 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the second key. They lost it and Dave said he would send me one. They stop answering my emails and I'm still waiting for my key. Also, the car needed some repairs (such as the rain sensor not working), which they agreed to fix, but still haven't heard back from them. Quite disappointing. More

It’s great to work with people who love their jobs, have deep knowledge of their products, and seem to care about me as a person as well as a customer. One the years I bought five new VW GTIs from several dealers and have had some very good buying experiences. Buying this GLI from Ramez (and Susan) was by far the best experience. More
