Our overall experience with leasing our new VW through Patrick Volkswagen was nothing short of pleasant, which is not a word I have ever used in describing my experiences with car dealer salespersons. Th Patrick Volkswagen was nothing short of pleasant, which is not a word I have ever used in describing my experiences with car dealer salespersons. Though I did not meet her in person, Susan was very responsive, friendly, and patient. Justin was very friendly and patient, and took the time to walk us through everything and address all of our questions. Ian was very friendly, as well, and addressed all of our questions. I have no reservations about recommending Patrick Volkswagen to anyone in the market for a VW. Thanks to everyone one we dealt with! More

Sarah and Chris were wonderful (Sarah mentioned alex was involved too but im not sure the specifics). went in for what i thought was going to be a pretty basic maintenance (recently had issues with chipmunk involved too but im not sure the specifics). went in for what i thought was going to be a pretty basic maintenance (recently had issues with chipmunks eating wires) only to find out the turbo on the car was shot. it was under warranty but it went in the shop on friday and was going to take a few days to fix. i had a job site visit scheduled for monday and wasn't scheduled to get my car back in time, so Chris came in over the weekend on his day off to fix it and they were able to get it back to me in time for work. super grateful for the extra effort to turn it around so quick. will be returning for future work/maintenance More

I can not say enough positive things about my new car buying experience with Igor Gama and his team at Patrick VW. The most important thing was that Igor LISTENED to my needs and what my preferences were buying experience with Igor Gama and his team at Patrick VW. The most important thing was that Igor LISTENED to my needs and what my preferences were for a new vehicle. Igor was straight forward and to the point. We worked through the details on day 1. I like to think I got lucky dealing with Igor as I didn't have an appointment and came to the dealership in the evening and just happened to walk up to his desk. From there it was a great experience. Igor's team was able to locate the exact car I wanted even in the crazy car world of summer 2021. He kept me in the know as to when the car would arrive and the day it came to the lot I picked it up that night. I truly can not recommend Igor and Patrick VW enough. I am SO HAPPY with my new Tiguan R-Line and so happy with my experiences with them post-purchase. Looking forward to more GREAT experiences to come. Not to mention the Tiguan is AMAZING on all accounts. Go see Igor when you are in the need for a new/used car!! More
