Patrick VW enticed us to their dealership with a classic bait and switch (specifically by marking a car, which was sitting in their showroom, as an SEL instead of an S). Once we arrived, we found their prices to be fairly competitive, and we ended up buying a car from a friendly salesman, who at best was good at selling cars, and at worst was a hygienic nightmare. It was then we had the displeasure of meeting Seth Ruttencutter. Unprofessional would be an upgrade for Seth and his crew. I wouldn't ever consider setting foot on this lot again. Manipulative, rude, and very arrogant. Avoid at all costs! More
