Communication was effective regarding bank approvals and scheduling to get everything completed. Not only that, but Igor wanted to be present when I picked up my car and because my schedule didn't align with his, he brought my car to me! It was a really nice and thoughtful gesture. Fast forward a couple hours after getting my car, I noticed a big scratch on my truck, that I probably overlooked initially due to excitement. When I brought it up to Igor, he worked with the service department to order touch up paint and that will be fixed soon. I have had a great experience and would recommend anyone to go to Patrick Motors. More

Michael was curteous, personable and went above and beyond, between making visits to my house so I could see the car in person, offering to pickup a check from my local bank, bringing necessary paperwork by, etc.. Within 36 hours I had the car and I didn't have to leave my house. More importantly, I didn't feel hassled. More
