I put Lauren through a very unorthodox way of working with a customer. I can’t not speak on the phone during the day so everything was done via text/email. She didn’t blink. And to top that off, I had to with a customer. I can’t not speak on the phone during the day so everything was done via text/email. She didn’t blink. And to top that off, I had to take delivery in a Sunday. I was not the easiest to work with but she was a champ and just made it happen. We closed the deal with Pat on a Sunday after noon. He was outstanding as well. Just a great operation happening at Conte Caddy. Made it worth the the drive from Albany. The XL5 Is great. And I’ll be back for my Escalade in a few years. :-) More

My car is still not fixed , I spent $730. I feel like I got ripped off, I told the service representative the issue but he told me I needed front brakes and rotors. I thought that would take care of the issue, it didn’t. The issue was never addressed, I was told I needed brakes and I now believe I never needed brakes. I took car back and they told me my back brakes needed to be cleaned. That didn’t work, I still have the same issue. so I’m hesitant to go back but I want someone to tell me why my brakes continue to squeal. More
