DREAMS COME TRUE AT PAUL CONTE DEALERSHIP I walked into the Paul Conte Dealership extremely doubtful that I would be able to purchase a new car. From beginning to end the courtesy and t I walked into the Paul Conte Dealership extremely doubtful that I would be able to purchase a new car. From beginning to end the courtesy and the care that was shown to me was amazing. My mom and I were greeted at the front desk in a cheerful manner and directed to Steve the Specialist who listened intently to my situation and my financial circumstances. Afterwards he informed me of my options and showed me the available vehicles on the lot. He was very informative and patient with me, I had lots of questions and he answered them all thoroughly. Steve then introduced us to Ron the Business Manager who would be handling the financing. Ron has an awesome personality, he made me feel positive about the possibility of obtaining the vehicle I've been praying for, he assured me that he would do his absolute best for me. He remained optimistic and kept me informed at every stage of the process. It takes a while so of course I started feeling doomed, however, Ron kept me laughing and distracted from my worries. At this point I met Dave the Sales Manager who made sure that mom and I were comfortable and brought mom a cup of tea which made her smile-she said it was real good. Dave completely handled my trade-in, to my surprise he was willing to go offsite and appraise the value of my trade-in. With his smile he made sure I had no worries during my experience there and kept me in high hopes. Dave did his best to make sure that everything was in order and that I would be leaving with a car TODAY! Ron is truly amazing at what does because I now own a new Cadillac SRX!!!!! I am giving this dealership a good review because not only did I find the perfect car, the minute I walked into the dealership I was approached by a r I am giving this dealership a good review because not only did I find the perfect car, the minute I walked into the dealership I was approached by a really cool guy, told him what I was looking for, and i fell in love with the car instantly. Just before going to this dealership I was looking at a Lexus but when I walked into the dealership everyone was standing around talking and for about 15 minutes, then I asked if anyone wanted to sell a car. At the end of waiting for another 15 minutes for them to find a black car with red interior they said they did not have it even though it was on there website, anyway, I told the salesmen at Paul conte what I wanted and I got the car and drove it home about an hour or so later. Thank you so much Paul Conte Cadillac!! Love my car!! More

GREAT EXPERIENCE--ALAN HALPERN I visited Paul Conte Cadillac to lease a SRX. The salesperson, Alan Halpern, was very knowledgeable. He clearly explained all features of the car. I visited Paul Conte Cadillac to lease a SRX. The salesperson, Alan Halpern, was very knowledgeable. He clearly explained all features of the car. He was very friendly and he did not pressure me. I was in the process of shopping for the car. I returned, after visiting several other dealerships, and Alan welcomed me back. I told him about my situation. I was in a lease that was ending in a few months. Alan then introduced me to John Mignone, the sales manager. After a discussion, John agreed to purchase my lease and put me in a new SRX. I then was introduced to David Colotti. He handled the contract and offered me an extended warranty. Once again, there was no pressure. He clearly explained the warranty coverage and cost. I declined the warranty. I returned the next day to pick up the new SRX. The delivery was perfect. Alan spent time explaining the CUE system, on star, and all the other features in the car . I had a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership, Allan Halpern, John Mignone, and David Colotti. I will return for service and when the lease is up, I will get a new vehicle from Paul Conte. More
