During a routine oil change my engine light came on and somehow they tried to place blame on me. Problem resolved only because of a text from Cadillac stating engine problem detected while my car was being somehow they tried to place blame on me. Service has been good. I have brought my car in twice, once for an oil change and my last service was for an inspection which took about an hour.
