Ryan was very helpful in setting up my service and seeing it through. He arranged Lyft service to bring me home and then bring me back next day when my car was ready for pick up. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Was told at time of contract that they will give me a loaner when I need service. First time I call they said "no loaner for regular maintenance". Was told at time of contract that they will give me a loaner when I need service. First time I call they said "no loaner for regular maintenance". Then I go there because the check engine light is on and they give me a service date of 11/25/24. That's 5 weeks away. I say the check engine light is on and the girl shrugs.. Anther dealer would have worked it out. I know they always have a car for an emergency. More
