He followeds up if there's a delay for any reason. Usually no delays though. All my experiences weather it's sales, service, or employees of Paul Conte have been like a family atmosphere. I would also like to mention, Christine, and John, both in the service dept. I also have communicated with them, and it's identical to dealing with Danny.
