Paul conte is a very friendly homey feel so to speak. It is a family owned dealer. I have been looking for this one particular car in a particular color and lo and behold they had it on the lot just in! It is a family owned dealer. I was there with my Cadillac 2014 SRX. I have a problem with touchscreen my AC AC system and my trunk door. I know I need to change the motor I know I need to change the screen and AC need I have a problem with touchscreen my AC AC system and my trunk door. I know I need to change the motor I know I need to change the screen and AC need to be fixed , So the gentleman told me leave the car and he’s gonna call me and he called me to come pick up when I go there. Nothing fixed he told me screen is $1200 …AC system is working the motor is really expensive so they didn’t do nothing and he charged me $770 I believe , for just check the car they didn’t check nothing. It’s nothing to check but anyway it’s like a robbing people with their sign i pay the big amount of money for only telling me what I have to do. Horrible, horrible, horrible … I will complain to Carol of Maine head office I can’t ignore because they will do this to other people.. More
