I have returned to using the service department for all my Cadillacs, and I have been very pleased with the quality of service performed. In fact, a long standing defect with my CT6 was corrected becaus my Cadillacs, and I have been very pleased with the quality of service performed. In fact, a long standing defect with my CT6 was corrected because of the extremely knowledgeable co-service manager. This problem could not be diagnosed by the dealer where I purchased the car, but it was by Conte! I plan to keep on bringing in my cars for the foreseeable future and to make my next purchase at this dealership. Lastly, you know that you are in good hands by the way Mike and Bayyan welcome you when you drive in for service. More

I came for a screw in my tire and they said I had 3 holes and needed a tire . I went to my tire place they fixed the only hole I had all good. I asked road side to come with the plug for the tire they said and needed a tire . I went to my tire place they fixed the only hole I had all good. I asked road side to come with the plug for the tire they said will do .He came and didn’t have material or tools to do it .I had to go over to the dealer anyway and waste time and left not fixed .I had to do it myself . I have been leasing since 2011. More
