Terrible Service! ZERO! I made an appointment to get my free one year inspection and I asked the girl over the telephone to give me a time where I could get in and out ZERO! I made an appointment to get my free one year inspection and I asked the girl over the telephone to give me a time where I could get in and out. When I got there, Ryan - the guy there told me I'd have to leave the car, they are too busy. When I called their customer service number, the first girl gave me the run around about being too busy, then when I asked her for the Corporate Number to file a complaint, she passed me off to some rude lady, then she passed me off to some other guy - they were afraid to give me the corporate number. I looked it up and called to file a complaint myself. I drove 18 miles to get a free $10 inspection that I was promised. I am glad I went because if they can't provide a simple $10 inspection at the time we agreed, then what hassle would I get for a larger amount of $$$? Not only does their service suck, every one I came in contact with gave me the same line of excuses. They are well versed. Obviously, I will NEVER go back and suggest you do the same. I had two Lexus' over five years - NEVER had a problem with their service. If I could give a zero to Paul Conte Cadillac, I would - that's what they deserve! More
