I called 9am yesterday 2/23 spoke with Lou told him I received a card indicating my car has a recall. He said can you come in at 10:30 . From the time I drove into service area then met Lou and 30 minut received a card indicating my car has a recall. He said can you come in at 10:30 . From the time I drove into service area then met Lou and 30 minutes later my car was done and even washed such a great team all so polite, professional and friendly.
