Bad mechanic service My car had front suspension problem, very noticeable at speeds of over 40 miles and hour. After two days dealer calls me and says my car is ready, I My car had front suspension problem, very noticeable at speeds of over 40 miles and hour. After two days dealer calls me and says my car is ready, I pay an exuberant amount for service and drive out. As soon as I hit 40 miles an hour, the problem surfaces again. I go back to the mechanic and ask, they tell me they have replaced my ball joints the one that I had just replaced 1 week before to try to fix the problem myself. So I ask why? they said because the ball joint looked bad (grate diagnosis by the way), they have obviously not tested the work and not really looked for the problem, read on why... They told me at this point that my option was to leave the car and they will look further, of course for another few hundred dollars. Not only that my car now had a dent in the hood which they didn't want to take responsibility for. I went home and started looking under the car again, it didn't take me long to realize that BMW has two ball joints on the lower control arm, for someone certified as a BMW mechanic not to check this?. I bought the whole control arm assemblies and replaced them for 1/5 the price I would have payed to these guys. But I got duped already. More
UnBelievable wait til yo usee why! I came there to purchase a CPO 535i xdrive and boy what an experience with Jerzy Kutyla. This guy not only told me that they did not do appraises there but then came back and tried to low ball me on a trade in. Or should I say his mgrs. sitting in the office near his desk there. I was told that I could not get the car bc of my credit and that I would need someone to co sign for me with a credit score of 800 or better. Sorry Jerzy you were wrong my helpful sales man and mgrs. there. I actuall went to another dealer and purchased the car with less miles by far then the one you were trying to sell me and also got way more then you offered for my trade in. I even got a good interest through BMW might I ask the same folks you stated I COULD GET IT FROM. smh while saying Thank you to the young lady up front for helping us otherwise. Nuff said . More
Jack Khoury - best salesperson - yes! We spent a long time researching the 3 series and Jack was instrumental in helping us choose the right car for us. We put together our wish list and he really tried hard to locate a 2014 model for us. He really did try - not the typical salespersons approach (take what I have on my lot, or I'll order it for you). Once we decided to order the car, Jack communicated with us regularly updating us with any special promotions BMW was offering and answering our numerous questions. He put together at least 6 different cost options - various purchase vs buy and his advice was excellent. I'm old enough to have purchased a lot of cars, but young enough to appreciate smart and excellent service. That's what Jack gave us. I can't imagine ever buying another car without his help. More

Great Experience at Paul Miller Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seem Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seemed to fit what I wanted (RWD and great price). I ultimately decided against RWD so I did not purchase it. They were so helpful and friendly I almost felt bad not buying it. The Sales Manager was also great, trying to help me make a decision without applying undue pressure. A very good car buying experience. More
