Jack Khoury - best salesperson - yes! We spent a long time researching the 3 series and Jack was instrumental in helping us choose the right car for us. We put together our wish list and he really tried hard to locate a 2014 model for us. He really did try - not the typical salespersons approach (take what I have on my lot, or I'll order it for you). Once we decided to order the car, Jack communicated with us regularly updating us with any special promotions BMW was offering and answering our numerous questions. He put together at least 6 different cost options - various purchase vs buy and his advice was excellent. I'm old enough to have purchased a lot of cars, but young enough to appreciate smart and excellent service. That's what Jack gave us. I can't imagine ever buying another car without his help. More

Great Experience at Paul Miller Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seem Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seemed to fit what I wanted (RWD and great price). I ultimately decided against RWD so I did not purchase it. They were so helpful and friendly I almost felt bad not buying it. The Sales Manager was also great, trying to help me make a decision without applying undue pressure.
