MY AIR CONDITIONING DEFINITELY HAS COOLING ISSUES A THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT FREE OIL CHANGES AND SERVICES OR A WARRANTY PERFORMED ON YOUR NEW CAR! MY AIR CONDITIONING DEFINITELY HAS COOLING ISSUES AND NOW I DEFINITELY BELIEVE THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IT OUT BECAUSE THE ISSUE IS STILL THERE. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE ADVISORS THAT ARE VERY RUDE AND WISE GUYS ESPECIALLY BRYAN PUYEN! HE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN 30 YEARS OF LEASING CARS. I ALSO DELETED MY 5 STAR RATING FOR THIS DEALER AND MY SALESMAN JEAN ALL BECAUSE OF THIS WISE GUY. I BELIEVE HE IS A RACIST JUST BECAUSE OF THE FIRST TIME I CAME THERE FOR A SERVICE ISSUE HE BECAME COMBATIVE AND ARGUING ABOUT MY ISSUE INSTEAD OF HEARING ME OUT AND LISTENING ABOUT MY PROBLEMS SO IT CAN BE FIXED CORRECTLY. SAME EXACT WISE REMARKS AND ISSUES WITH THIS GUY WHEN I RETURNED FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE WHICH THEY WOULD NOT DO AFTER OWNING THE CAR FOR 6 MONTHS. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT WITH ME OVER NONSENSE. THE GUY DID NOT LIKE ME FROM THE FIRST WORD OUT OF HIS MOUTH BOTH TIMES. EVEN THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS AHEAD OF ME IN LINE IGNORED HIM WHEN SHE WAS NEXT AND DID NOT WANT TO CONFRONT HIM AND WAITED FOR THE NEXT PERSON. BRYAN PUYEN IS A BAD PERSON AND SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT REPRESENT PAUL MILLER AND SHOULD CONSIDER RESIGNING IF HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY! I REGRET MY REFERRAL TO BUY A CAR FROM HERE AND WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN A PAUL MILLER DEALERSHIP AGAIN AFTER THIS INTERACTION! More
