The most horrible service I've received anywhere From the salesman, to managers, to finance guy - completely inept. I was taken for a test drive in the wrong model, which meant taking an extra test d From the salesman, to managers, to finance guy - completely inept. I was taken for a test drive in the wrong model, which meant taking an extra test drive and the salesmen was not knowledgeable about the car in other areas, too. They then insulted my intelligence with the most outrageous monthly cost on a lease: $550 on a $36.000 MSRP for 15 months with $3000 down. Of course, I didn't agree and ended up paying much less, but only because I did my homework and can do math. Flavia is the most rude, condescending woman I've met and yet had the nerve to ask for all 10's on the survey. I gave them all 1's, what they deserved. But the prize for most inept goes to Alejandro, the Finance guy. My temporary tags are expired and he cannot seem to follow through with phone calls to get to the bottom of my paperwork issue. He throws numbers around as if you're stupid and evades when you ask what charges are for. More

Great Experience Got a no nonsense price from the Internet division. Went in expecting to have to deal with "surprises / extras" and time wasting back and forth. Instead met with great sales people, got a test drive, same promised price, great trade in. Roman Fuchs made us feel very comfortable. We were not pressured and were able to focus on the car and what we wanted. I am so grateful for the integrity of the entire shop, the great value they gave us, and the promptness and ease of the entire process. We've dealt with Paul Miller shops before, and it is well worth the trip in from NY. All car dealers should be this good. More
