The service completed on my vehicle was excellent. I explained my vehicle's problem (interior water leak) to Ronnie Williams (Advisor), and he immediately had an idea of what was happening. John Risola explained my vehicle's problem (interior water leak) to Ronnie Williams (Advisor), and he immediately had an idea of what was happening. John Risola (Service Technician) inspected my vehicle and confirmed the problem in a matter of minutes. I was extremely impressed with the outcome, and also the video footage that John sent me concerning the leak. Ronnie and John were respectful, very informative and they were extremely detailed when explaining the cause of the leak. They even made two recommendations to help the air circulation inside my vehicle. Best of all, I arrived at the service department at 7:20am, and by 9:52am, I was on my way back home. I appreciate the professionalism and commend both Ronnie and John for a job well done. More

I went in for my 115,000 mile service. Sergio was my service representative and was very friendly and efficient. I intended to wait at the dealership for my service visit. Too much time (almost 2 hours) elapsed from the time I brought the car in (10:00 AM) until the time Sergio discussed the service needs and est visit. All discretionary repairs - no emergencies. Sergio arranged for a loaner car some time around noon. My car was finally ready at 5:45 PM. Sergio seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the repair needs. More
