Came a week prior for an oil change and left needing a new cooling fan that somehow ended up my fault according to Glenda Frazier as she wasn’t even my advisor but somehow kept whispering to everyone. 3/3 new cooling fan that somehow ended up my fault according to Glenda Frazier as she wasn’t even my advisor but somehow kept whispering to everyone. 3/31/2021 was my oil change/tire rotation and everything was fine when I brought my truck in. After I left my back camber had my wheel bowing out and I couldn’t drive straight at all. I was given a paper stating my oil change was complete and that I failed an alignment and no one offered a suggestion. I had two lights out in the front that I wanted to replace but felt like I was shoved out the door with no resolution to my problems. My fan had just been replaced two years ago at Ed Voyles Cobb Pkwy Jeep because after an oil change, they’d left someone else’s part lodged in my fan and it was torn up and they fixed it. So the fan in my Jeep was new but after my visit from Paulding Jeep, my fan was broken again when it ran perfectly fine when I brought it in. No one assumed responsibility for breaking it when I came back on 4/5/2021 complaining of the problem. I had to get my brother to come with me to feel less taken advantage of. At that time I was told by Glenda Frazier upon getting out of my vehicle that the camber was probably bad due to my driving in just those shorts days and she immediately went to work on trying to find a reason for my broken fan being my fault. She wasn’t my advisor and I didn’t appreciate her being condescending when she didn’t have a clue as to what she was talking about. Keven was my advisor both times and wasn’t knowledgeable at all but he tried his best. John Frazier stepped in and tried to help and was very knowledgeable right as Glenda was trying to give me the run around. I will never come back to this Jeep. I was repeatedly asked by 4 salesmen to trade my Jeep in even after I said I’d let them know if I wanted to but I loved the current Jeep I was in. I drive past two keep dealerships in Cobb Co to come to this one because the service dept used to care and the work was always impeccable but after this visit no. I was told that my fan could be fixed but the part was on back order for weeks and that “there isn’t a fan in all of Georgia right now” -Keven F.D. I was going to order it but was fed up and decided not to give this dealership another dime. I went to shop 10 mins from my house who located the fan and fixed my Jeep and the lights the very next day. I paid almost $700 for the repairs but it was money well spent because they cared, were knowledgeable and didn’t break anything. They diagnosed my issue and fixed it next day. I loved Paulding Jeep before this visit but now the shop by my home has a customer for life. More
Service personnel are impossible to reach. Andre machines are full etc. no one picks up when a person is out. I was in a difficult situation in which my local dealership left me with an only choice of buying a new vehicle then stalled for more time because of their limited stock. I have multiple medical pro dealership left me with an only choice of buying a new vehicle then stalled for more time because of their limited stock. I have multiple medical problems that demand that I must be able to get to doctors and pharmacies yet I was stuck at home with nobody to help. My dealership even showed indifference when a taxi failed to show up to take me home, leaving me stranded on a cold Friday evening without a sweatshirt. I researched the vehicles available within 75 miles and Paulding had the one that fitted my needs the best. So I made that first online inquiry and within about an hour Nichole called me to guide me through the process. The local dealer was still stalling so the next day I called Nichole to tell her to proceed with the sale to me. A weekend and two workdays later the new car was sitting in my driveway without me ever having to leave the house. Now THAT is real service. I think that Nichole's only shortcoming was that she was so accustomed to people who want all the latest flashy features that she did not quite understand my old school focus on only the basic features, but that's perfectly OK. She more than delivered on all other aspects of the sale. This will probably be the last vehicle I will ever own, but if I were younger and looking for another new vehicle a number of years down the road, I would not hesitate to go to Paulding and Nichole again. More
