worst customer service while your greeted with 15 people all of em standing around chatting it up... go in get oil changed one price come back oh the price $60 more btw your paying $30 for shop towels and g all of em standing around chatting it up... go in get oil changed one price come back oh the price $60 more btw your paying $30 for shop towels and gloves total rip off at first was my go to for my service ill never use this place again. once i found out that my bill was maked up $60 higher then first time i went i asked the why such a increase he said we are more expensive then walmart... i corrected in saying that the dealer was only ones i use... he said we cannot see past oil changes... which is incorrect of him because you can see thats what a service record is... while my business is no loss to them. nor is my hard earn money they can screw someone else got me once. not again. I will say that Walter Myers will never be my car salesman again. I told him several times the only way I was going to make the deal with the new truck was if the service department was going to tran salesman again. I told him several times the only way I was going to make the deal with the new truck was if the service department was going to transfer my leveling kit from my old truck to the new and he assured me that he would make it happen and come time to sign papers for the truck he acted like he never heard anything about the leveling kit. He did not stay true to any of his words and I will not ever do any more business with Walter Myers. Aside from that the overall dealership was very good to me. More
