Update 3/23/2023 to response: This seems like a standard template response to any negative reviews. I feel like I shouldn't have to fight to have a valid offer honored. What else might I have to fight for in the future? Calavan CDJR down the road happily accepted coupon and got my oil change done (after I wasted a day @ Paulding and had to schedule more time off) If you truly want to earn my business back and redeem my opinion of Paulding CDJR, feel free to reach out to my contact info from service records/scheduled appointment 3/21 at 9am with your thoughts on what went wrong and how to fix it. I'll update this post if I ever hear back!
