However, when calling back to speak with her I was transferred twice to the Nicole on the sales floor. Receptionist really needs to confirm correct person. When I did finally “get transferred” to Nicki in Service there was no answer and the voicemail was definitely not Nicki, it was a guy. It’s also extremely confusing when going in to pick up your car after service, there are no signs directing you and no name plates on the offices/cubicles. More
