On Tuesday I went to a well known Dodge Dealership in Georgia, because I had made contact prior to this dealership. One of the salesmen calls me and says if you come in because it is the end of the month that they could make it worth my while. Well we showed up on Tuesday and I got into a word fight because the salesman and the sales manager stated that I had to meet them in the middle. I told them that I would take my business else where, the salesman told me that I couldn't get the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted it at. I told him to give me my keys. I went onto Kelley Blue Book and that is when it changed. Mr. Eric Willis from Paulding Dodge calls me. Eric is very professional in his job, Eric went through the whole process with me and I told him that I would get back with him when I found out something. I called back and told Eric I was on my way. Got on site test drove the truck loved it. Then the finance manager was able to get a better rate than what I originally started out with. All I can say is that I would recommend Paulding DCJR to anybody wanting to buy a vehicle. The Staff at this location is very professional. More

Fadil and the entire service team are top notch kept me informed and the work was performed in a timely fashion, my vehicle did not sit for days on the lot before being addressed as I have experienced in the past. I had an issue with the inter cooler system that took another local dealership 3 weeks and they did not resolve, Fadil and Rick resolved the issue in less than a week. It is a great feeling to know I now have a dealership that is honest and trustworthy with the expertise to handle any service issues needed for my 2016 SRT Hellcat. Fadil was my service person, he got my car fixed under the extended warranty when it got water in the transmission due o a defective dipstick rusting Fadil was my service person, he got my car fixed under the extended warranty when it got water in the transmission due o a defective dipstick rusting off.
