This place SUCKS This place has forced my mom into a vehicle she is not a fan of, in April of 2018. All they care about is their numbers. Their commissions. That. Is. It is completely unacceptable that this Service Center doesn’t serve. Beyond that, my husband had a TERRIBLE experience. He got their, and had an appointment and they saw him and wouldn’t help him until much AFTER his appointment and he was VERY unsettled by this. Then he didn’t get his truck fixed for a couple of days and no one called him. We had call them SEVERAL TIMES before they’d tell us if it was fixed. Completely unacceptable for a SERVICE CENTER To lack in CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Maintenance Customer Services and quality of work is always up to par. However, I know this is a dealership but some prices are too high. I needed a new battery and you guys wanted $300+ for it including labor. I went somewhere else and they charged me for the battery only I paid $195. I will continue to come for my oil changes and my tire rotation because I bought them from you all but everything else I will have to seek elsewhere. More

The only Jeep dealership I would go to I recently purchased my Jeep at the Lithia springs location. It was a complete nightmare and I almost considered turning my Jeep back just because of I recently purchased my Jeep at the Lithia springs location. It was a complete nightmare and I almost considered turning my Jeep back just because of the worst sales experience I had ever had as a consumer for anything. After purchasing my 2019 Jeep I had an issue with the steering wheel not working. I took it to the location close to windy hill and that was another nightmare. They wanted to charge me for a brand new car I had just paid off and had a problem a month later with. Thank goodness I moved to paulding country and was introduced to the paulding location. I love that they are organized and understand their product as well as their consumer. Great service and great people. A wonderful way to turn my experience around. Thank you for taking such great care. It means a lot. More
