Service good and bad Service to my truck was good. Was told my truck would be done by 2:45 and 3: PM. Got to dealership waiting. Truck is brought out. Waited over an hour Service to my truck was good. Was told my truck would be done by 2:45 and 3: PM. Got to dealership waiting. Truck is brought out. Waited over an hour just to find out the service writer taking care of my truck left early. Was not told. Was told my oil change was was free. Had other work done and was still charged. Call back 3 times to talk with Stefan. Have not heard from anyone. Poor way to conduct business. Not happy. More
