Started off good. I was stranded 600 miles from home. Trish was awesome. She kept me informed the first day. Part had to be ordered. She said I would be first in line as soon as part cane in. The 2nd day, part came in, Trish not there, Taylor said the mechanic had two cars in front of me. I called at noon, Trish said mech. did not know if he would finish today. I started driving home(missing work and kids’ school) 3.5hours later she called and said it was done. We drove 3.5 hrs back to the dealership. Arrived at 7:15PM. Opened van and inside was all wet. Rear window was left open and, I am assuming, sprinklers came in and soaked the interior of my vehicle. From back seat to driver’s seat. Had to wait another 45 minutes to have carpet vacuumed. Salesman there was not overly sympathetic and almost appeared put out that he had to find someone so late in the day. Found two bolts in passenger door pocket on the trip home. Daughter pulled on handle to exit vehicle and the A pillar trim assembly pulled loose and dangled. That’s where the two bolts belonged. Rear A/C now surges off and on at random. So I believe my evaluation of a fair rating is a compliment only for the cooperation of Trish. More

Service We took or journey down to the dodge place because the check engine light was on and we need an oil change they ran the test to see what was wrong the We took or journey down to the dodge place because the check engine light was on and we need an oil change they ran the test to see what was wrong they said it had to do with the emissions so we told them to fix it and it would take 2 hours to get everything done it took longer having to wait on a part that was supposed to been on the way when we left no one called to let us know how long it would take I kept calling and I was told they had the part in and they would call when it was ready so I got my car back 5 minutes before y’all closed very unhappy that was not call to tell me what was going on More

Customer service is horrible My car was in an accident and I had to take it to the dealership to figure out an issue. The body shop was paying for everything. I took it in and waited and waited and waited for an update. I called and was told I will call you back. Three times she called me back and said I'm waiting on the tech for an update. the next day the same thing I am waiting on the tech for an update I will call you tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and no contact. Sunday passes by and Monday I called. Now it's already a week. She says I'm still waiting on a tech for an update. How long does it take for an update. I had to call my salesman, because past experience with the maintenance manager proved he would be no help. I threatened to call the GM. Next thing I know three hours later it was fixed. I received a picture of it finally on the shop with the bumper still on proving that noone had even looked at my car. The female never called me back or said a word to me. Even gave my keys to the salesman so she didn't have to see me. I was told they were waiting on a payment before they took the bumper off. However, she told me a week prior she talked to them and was waiting on a promise to pay before taking the bumper off which she said she got a week ago. If they were waiting on a payment she could have told me that and I would have called the body shop instead of saying she was waiting on the tech. I got my car, the body shop failed to plug something in. Five days later I get a text message that the fees were paid. But remember I was told they were waiting on a payment. lies all lies. I have purchased 3 cars from them. I am not a one time customer. Three cars!!!! I love my salesman but their service is horrible. It has been horrible. My last experience they yelled at my son. I called the manager about how they treated him. No apology... I literally hate their service but my salesman keeps me coming back!!! More
