I came in on Saturday after being told all the parts were ready. When I got there it turned out that the damage was more extensive and would take four hours and also that they had lost one of the parts. I go ready. On Monday I was told it would be ready Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. I was told on Wednesday it was ready only to get a call fifteen minutes later that in fact it still wasn’t ready because the wrong part was ordered. When I finally picked it up on Thursday, there was a gash on the side of the driver’s door that was not there when I dropped it off. Stephanie said they would check their records and get back to me about making that right but I haven’t heard a word from them yet. More
