Not good! I met Vickie, who was not the sales person for me but I thought she could get the job done. She showed me 5/6 cars and I made my decision on on specific car that was on the higher end of my price me but I thought she could get the job done. She showed me 5/6 cars and I made my decision on on specific car that was on the higher end of my price point, I traded my car and told her the vehicle had 44k miles; she said she needed to confirm on the odometer, and recorded 9k miles (this became an issue later)... when trying to finalize a price on the new car, I was concerned it was beyond my budget.. Vickie told me that “she had spent a lot of time with me this morning and that we needed to make a deal.” I started to walk, only then the sales manager intervened and ended up selling me the car, who was much easier to work with. i drive home happy in my car- only to have Vickie call me to tell me she incorrectly recorded the odometer reading and that I needed to come back to the dealership on that day or else (a 45 min drive) to re-sign paper work; I told her I couldn’t but she could come to my house after work- she agreed.... but she was a no call no show/ and called me 45 mins after our scheduled time say she couldn’t come and would be in touch. She called me the next day at 10:30am to tell me I had 90 mins to come into the dealership or my deal was not going to happen. I told her I could bring the car back and then she agreed to come to my house at 730pm. I don’t mean to complain but I feel this bad experience could have been avoided if she hadn’t been so pushy to sell me a car and listen to what I had already told her. At the end of the day, I love my car but I’d be reticent to work with her again, More
