The bad part was we found out at the very last second. However, Matt was able to get it installed, so we came back a couple hours later to pick it up. I don' think anyone did anything wrong, and maybe I should have followed it more closely. I also, think the majority of people buying a 2021 model would assume such a common link would be on the car. Lastly, Tony, Rocco, and Matt came through and were professional and showed genuine concern for our satisfaction. More
