Bad service! My dash was disassembled Not put together properly Bottom of center console will not open Broke an electrical connector for start stop battery And kn My dash was disassembled Not put together properly Bottom of center console will not open Broke an electrical connector for start stop battery And knowingly put it back together The fact that my car was beeping while parked every 5 minutes was just swept under the rug Not addressed at all These problems all started when a A/C hose wasn’t working Further more they took it upon themselves to change cabin filter and air filter Without my permission and then charged me 100.00 dollars I’m scheduled for an appointment on December 26th the service manager said he will be watching every step of the way Unfortunately with the poor service I have received I have my doubts And will probably never return I will have service done locally Also there has been no compensation offered for the aggravation The whole Ruhbeck family buys from this location! Maybe not anymore?? More

Service center tries to say there are issues for unnecessary repairs. Was told last time I needed a major repair. Had it checked and not needed. I also told them that last time I needed oil change and tire rotation but they did not do it since my tire sensor light was still on. One tire was very low when I got home. This time I would think they would have offered me a discount for not doing rotation last time but no. More
