Got a new advisor because the other one is long with the company. The new one is extremely rude and was short with me! Gave me a quote for 59$ and after waiting over two hours just for an oil change he want company. The new one is extremely rude and was short with me! Gave me a quote for 59$ and after waiting over two hours just for an oil change he wanted to sit and talk for 30 mins when my car was already done to someone else. I asked if I could check out I have somewhere to be they said I had to wait on him for paperwork then he wanted to charge me the most expensive oil that they didn’t ever put in my car before! After I told him that they didn’t ever put that in my car and he was rude and smart with me and I was right ! Then y would they have put 3 different oils in the last 4 times ??!!! More

Dishonest service, I brought my car for a revision and I got it back worse than I brought it in. Furthermore they told me my car had problems that didn’t apply to it and solutions my car didn’t needed. The got it back worse than I brought it in. Furthermore they told me my car had problems that didn’t apply to it and solutions my car didn’t needed. The diagnostic and repair were not appropriate for what my car needed. I took my car for a second opinion and they found the solution and were able to repair for 14k times less than what Pearson Nissan try to charge me. I will never take my car nor I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
