Brian was our service advisor. He took the time to listen to everything I said about why I brought my 2019 Nissan Rouge in for. He worked his way through the engine compartment (wi He took the time to listen to everything I said about why I brought my 2019 Nissan Rouge in for. He worked his way through the engine compartment (with us there) and manually checked several components while explaining each step he was taking and reviewed recommendations with me after checking and showing me everything he was doing. Afterwards Brian explained the steps that would be taken to address my concerns about the front end assembly possibly being loose or in need of replacement parts and the objective standards they would be using to make their determination on whether or not the warranty that remained would be a factor in any or all repairs necessary as well as a potential $160.00 evaluation fee that would apply in the event of no warranty work required. Ultimately it was determined that no replacement repairs were necessary at all. Knowing that a $160.00 fee was now my responsibility for the time spent evaluating my concern about the front end assembly, Brian called to explain the final evaluated findings and surprisingly made this paraphrased statement; “We would be glad to do the front end alignment that is needed as you knew when you brought the vehicle in, the cost for that would be $129.00. So I would like to do that for you today, forget about the $160.00 evaluation fee and just collect the $129.00 from you for the front end alignment if that would be okay with you.” That is exactly the kind of service and thoughtfulness that makes having to pay any amount of money out much easier to accept and is appreciated in todays economy. Thank you Brian and Pearson Nissan for being upfront about everything and for actually doing something for the customer that saved them money when you didn’t have to. I feel comfortable knowing my car is safe for a long road trip that is upcoming and I thank everyone involved for the stellar job performed on my vehicle and the thoughtfulness extended to us throughout. I was quoted much lower prices on repairs from Leesberg Nissan and from another Nissan dealership from Connecticut where I bought my car. Now living in the Villages.
