After that the work is quickly and your kept updated on the progress. They have always completed the work quickly and right the first time and your gone. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and most of all they'll listen to the customer to meet your needs. Needed light bulb replaced in 1 headlight. Service tech took 4 hours and tried to charge me for entire headlight. A difference of $400 versus $1300. Thank goodness for Jeremy in Parts Departme Service tech took 4 hours and tried to charge me for entire headlight. A difference of $400 versus $1300. Thank goodness for Jeremy in Parts Department straightened it out and made them replace bulb only. This service should not have taken so long and miscommunication between scheduling and tech almost cost me a lot of money. Please strive for better communication between departments. Thank you! More

Took my car in for a rear end noise. My advisor Brian called 1x left a voicemail that my car was ready for pickup. They did hear the noise but has to wait for corporate to come down and My advisor Brian called 1x left a voicemail that my car was ready for pickup. They did hear the noise but has to wait for corporate to come down and take a look at it. I called back to speak with the advisor 2 minutes after he left me a voicemail to find out what the noise was and I was told he left for the day. I left my car there overnight because no other advisor that was there to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle or if it was safe to drive with children. So I called the next day to find out the issue and the advisor was not there after I was told he would be but this time I was told I could come get my car but nobody there could tell me what was wrong with it. 2 weeks later after not hearing from the advisor at all I called to find out what was going on especially since the noise has gotten louder. I was told they were still waiting to hear back from corporate. Now after being an advisor for a different Nissan dealership I know I does not take that long to hear back from corporate. It has now been 2 months and still nothing. Mind you the noise is getting louder and I have 2 young children I am in the car with. I have no knowledge of what is going on no update of corporate is coming down, no knowledge of what the noise is, no knowledge of if it is even safe to drive as the rear end sounds like it’s going to fall apart. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. More
