Brought my car in to be serviced after buying a new battery a week before. I needed to have a new positive terminal put on. I was told I needed a new battery and terminal because the battery was defect battery a week before. I needed to have a new positive terminal put on. I was told I needed a new battery and terminal because the battery was defective. When I brought the battery back to auto zone they put a Metter on it and it showed 100 percent. So battery 2 battery's and the service I'm around 700 invested. Not the best time to be wasting money. Merry Christmas More

I am extremely disappointed! ! I brought my car in (2012 infiniti g37) due to a coolant leaking problem and overheating. I had been to two mechanics beforehand and both verifie ! I brought my car in (2012 infiniti g37) due to a coolant leaking problem and overheating. I had been to two mechanics beforehand and both verified it was indeed the water pump. I didn't choose either mechanic because of lack of experience with this motor or it was ludicrous pricing. One of them advised to take it to nissan dealership because of the difficulty of the job and so I did. I spoke to Vanessa and she seemed to understand the issue and advised they can get the job done. I brought my car in and explained the issue in detail how the water pump needs to be replaced. She advised to not worry, they will get it done. So i left my car and that was that. When the car was done, they said it was NOT the water pump but rather the thermostat and coolant fan. I was honestly worried but being a dealership, i trusted their work. TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!!I I picked up the car and as i was pulling away, the car was still leaking coolant... I immediately called back asking for Vanessa but she didn't answer my call and til this day has not returned my call. I am extremely disappointed and paid a lot of money but it seems they do not care. They got paid and my car is still leaking 😤 DO NOT USE THEM!! More
