I had a bad experience with one of the service representatives, I was going to purchase tires but I found a better price somewhere else so I asked her to cancel the service and and she got upset, representatives, I was going to purchase tires but I found a better price somewhere else so I asked her to cancel the service and and she got upset, I kept the car there for an oil change and after performing the oil change, I paid for it and left, when I got home I was reading my receipt and they charged me a fee for disposal of the tires, even though I didn’t have them replaced them there. I also had to ask a sales representative to get my receipt because my car was just sitting there and she never let me know it was ready, and I never saw her again, in the 6 years of being a customer I have never experienced anything like this. More
