Tom Ingram was ready to help me the moment I arrived at the dealership along with his big smile and friendly disposition. He quickly got the car I was interested in for me to test drive. He was very polite the dealership along with his big smile and friendly disposition. He quickly got the car I was interested in for me to test drive. He was very polite and answered all of my many questions. It didn't take long to get the paperwork done and off to see Jim Spaulding, the Business Manager, to complete the sale. Jim was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Because I am a woman, I was very nervous about going into a dealership by myself. The staff at Pearson is A-1, answered all my questions and never pressured me to buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Thanks guys! I'll be back when I want to change vehicles. More
