Car was purchased with a maintenance contract that included two free oil changes. When I attempted to collect a free oil change I was informed that the deal had expired! I was not informed that there included two free oil changes. When I attempted to collect a free oil change I was informed that the deal had expired! I was not informed that there was an expiration on the oil changes! Order writer stated if he didn't charge for the oil change, it would be taken out of his pay. Bush league!! More
Kyle was very friendly and helpful, he wasn’t your typical salesman, which I appreciated. We bought a 2016 Chevy Traverse. We drove it off the lot, 1 day and the engine lite came on . The air stopped working. Took it back to them, they checked it out got an 119 code, cleared it and said it was ju 1 day and the engine lite came on . The air stopped working. Some things wrong with the reconditioning. Would not fix it. There were two times we started it and it revved like we floored it. Nothing they can do. I trusted them. Not anymore!!!!
