This has been a nightmare experience. The general manager Tony is never reachable. I have tried for months and months to reach anyone to help and I have received zero phone calls back from the finance depart Tony is never reachable. I have spoken to our sales person Clayton numerous times and still have gotten nowhere. Basically they just screwed my dad out of thousands of dollars and we’re stuck with a crap car. No communication, total run around, they play the naïve “I didn’t know” routine and make you waste your time. I’ve driven back-and-forth to the dealership 11 times and no no one can seem to help us with our questions about our extended warranty and the missing items that were supposed to come with the car. Zero problems have been resolved. Tried for months and months to reach anyone to help me and have gotten nowhere and have now spent hundreds of dollars on a car that should be under full warranty along with a very expensive upgraded extended warranty that we bought, but that wasn’t the case here because no one seems to know what is and is not included. The book that comes with the car is also an issue. Have you ever ever had that happen before? no, of course not but at Pearson Nissan of Ocala you will. Don’t even have a manual for the car and the car constantly breaks down. They ripped us off. More

We have used the Pearson Dealership for all work done on our 2012 Rogue ever since we bought it there when it was new. We have had nothing but excellent service and thing's have been done correctly the fi our 2012 Rogue ever since we bought it there when it was new.
