After having issues with other dealerships on getting our vehicle serviced, Pearson Nissan was able to get me in. Brian Purdy went out of his way to get it in and out in 1 hour when we hadn't been able to g vehicle serviced, Pearson Nissan was able to get me in. Not happy so far. Went here because air bag warning light was flashing. They said it was a sensor and would cost $457 to fix. I paid my bill but air bag is not fixed. Now they say it is the clock spruing and was flashing. They said it was a sensor and would cost $457 to fix. I paid my bill but air bag is not fixed. Now they say it is the clock spruing and it will be an addl $614 plus tax etc to fix. Still waiting for them to get back with me as to how we move forward. I think they should apply what I paid to this addl cost as they are the ones who misdiagnosed what was wrong. It is just wrong if they don't. I feel like I was baited. I would never have fixed my 2002 Altima at this outrageous amount. Waiting to see how they will handle this. Update: Well it took 8 days to get an answer from Isaac as he would not call me back even though some days I left him 5 messages. Finally I got hold of him and he advised me they would do nothing to help me with the job they did that did not fix my problem with the air bag but would give me 15% off the addl job of around $650. He showed no desire to help me the customer so even though I spent $457. I still don't have a working driver's air bag. It's just a shame they are the only Nissan dealer in Ocala. I don't know if it will do any good to speak to the service manager.Update after another week. This week I left a message for the service manager Gary Bradley every day. He would never pick up the phone and speak with me and never called me back. This is how he treats his customers. I give him a 1 rating as that is the lowest number. I have been a good customer of Pearson Nissan for 13 years. They wont call you back. It is really so rude and arrogant. They are not concerned about making their customers happy or being fair. I will see who is above Mr Bradley and pursue this matter or report directly to Nissan. I'm not sure of my options. More
