I had a bad experience with one of the service representatives, I was going to purchase tires but I found a better price somewhere else so I asked her to cancel the service and and she got upset, representatives, I was going to purchase tires but I found a better price somewhere else so I asked her to cancel the service and and she got upset, I kept the car there for an oil change and after performing the oil change, I paid for it and left, when I got home I was reading my receipt and they charged me a fee for disposal of the tires, even though I didn’t have them replaced them there. I also had to ask a sales representative to get my receipt because my car was just sitting there and she never let me know it was ready, and I never saw her again, in the 6 years of being a customer I have never experienced anything like this. I was a little worried at first when I was told that I would need to take my car to the dealer by my regular mechanic. I've heard horror stories ranging from being ripped off by un neccessary repairs etc. would need to take my car to the dealer by my regular mechanic. I've heard horror stories ranging from being ripped off by un neccessary repairs etc. However, my experience starting with my service advisor Brian who was very attentive and informative up to picking my car up even though my repairs were costly but needed it was a great experience. So much so that I'm actually considering bringing it back just to get my regular services done as well. Huge thanks to Brian!!!! More
