When I purchased my new vehicle March 2020 I was told at loan signing I would receive 10 free oil changes. I took car in for oil change October 20, 2022 and the service advisor stated I would have to pay$ loan signing I would receive 10 free oil changes. I took car in for oil change October 20, 2022 and the service advisor stated I would have to pay$50.00. I stated I was given 10 free oil changes. He then proceeds with paperwork that free oil changed expired March 2021. I was not given this paperwork at time of sale. I asked to speak to manager. The service advisor then went to speak to manager, then sent some other employee to tell me my oil change would be free. I am very upset being deceived about the oil changes. If I don't receive my other 8 free oil changes, I will not return to Pearson Nissan again. I have lost trust with this dealership. Website reviews don't receive well when it's a bad situation I had to deal with. More
Dealership was fine, we came in on Sat for oil change for my Rouge and ended up trading my other car for Kicks. By Tues the loose fuel cap light came on and Wed the check engine light came on. Supposed to be a "Certified 130 Points Checked and Inspected " I suppose should have been 131 points. Made an appointment for 930 on Thurs, got there, told them the problem, they took it back, didn't hear from Christina for hour and half until we asked her what's going on, was told she'll check it out. Another 30 minutes later we had to go find her, and was told that a tiny hole in some accordion style hose. Not sure how that took 2 1/2 hours but it did. More
