Overall very good. Bad battery, which they fixed under warranty. However had to go to Ram directly to get backup camera working, Pearson did cover the cost. Bad battery, which they fixed under warranty. However had to go to Ram directly to get backup camera working, Pearson did cover the cost. More
Had a bad experience, wrote you about it. My service advisor was Christina, the same as last time. She was attentive and informative this time. Thank you Christina, another member of your service team jimmy morejon was telling another team member in the middle of the sales floor how people shouldn’t waist his time bringing their cars in for battery checks, that’s what jiffy lube is for. (My car was the one in for the check because it turned off on the road as I was driving it) I told my service advisor who said her advisor spoke to him? Your website says your customer service is the best and honestly I experience terrible customer service almost every time I come. I called today and have been told 4-5 times throughout the day the service advisors are too busy to talk and I need to leave a message. I left a message this morning at 8:48am and no one has called me back. When I told the receptionist I’ve been calling all day and left a message and that phone customers are important too, I have something wrong with my car, she said, “They are busy dealing with customers that were here first.” That were here first, I’ve been calling since 8:48 this morning. I am a customer, I’m trying to gauge if I should bring my car in. It’s just mind blowing that I keep experiencing this. It seems to be a cultural problem. I’m not the only one, I have friends who have had Nissan and purchased different cars so they didn’t have to deal with the lack of customer care. It’s not just about selling cars it should also be about retaining the customers that you currently have. I’ve had a Toyota and a Kia and never experienced customer service issues like this. It’s disappointing, I like my car, and I honestly would not recommend a Nissan because of the lack of customer service or care when issues are brought up. My dad was looking to purchase a new car asked me about mine, I told him about the customer service and he purchased else where. It’s sad. More
