This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I typically go to. Sanford sanford infinity for all of my car needs. I have been buying & taking my Nissan Muranos to Pearson Nissan of Ocala for probably about 15 yrs now. Vanessa Dean is my Service Rep. & Jim Morejan the Service Manager. Jim has been with Pearson Nissan of Nissan of Ocala for probably about 15 yrs now. Vanessa Dean is my Service Rep. & Jim Morejan the Service Manager. Jim has been with Pearson Nissan of Ocala for the entire time I have been a client. He has always treated me fair. Vanessa Dean I recently became acquainted with her and will continue to seek her out for any service needed on my vehicle. I can't say enough GOOD about this dealership.
