He was very helpful in explaining all the features during the sales process and test drive. I did not like the push by the finance person to sell the extended warranty but I realize that is his job. Friendly staff, but lack of communication Our experience deciding to purchase went well; super attentive sales staff, quick responses to email regarding questions we had about our vehicle prio Our experience deciding to purchase went well; super attentive sales staff, quick responses to email regarding questions we had about our vehicle prior to buying, no delays what so ever. Our salesman (Larry Wright) was great. We had developed a relationship with Larry during our visits and he knew our financial situation and how much we were willing to spend. Once we were passed off to the finance person, none of that was relayed to him and we were fighting off warranties left and right. I understand that warranties are a part of buying a car, but had he known our financial situation prior to offering those to us, he would not have tried for over 45 minutes to get us to purchases warranties and extend our loan. Once we paid for our vehicle, our our experience went from being pretty good to pretty horrible. Our vehicle arrived 4-5 weeks later, which was later than we were told, and it was like pulling teeth to get any info about when we could expect it to arrive or what the current status was. I called several times (even multiple times in a day) and was always told there would be someone to call me with an update on my car...that did not happen. Each time I called I had to explain who I was, what the situation was and provide them with my email/phone number to be contacted. I even gave out my work phone, and hours I was available. I That was very frustrating and disappointing. Emails were no longer response to and it felt like now that we had purchased the car, the customer service we were used to had changed. We were told our car would arrive before our camping trip at the end of August and it wasn't until three days before we left that I was told the car had arrived. Once again, I had to call the dealership to ask about the status of the car rather than someone calling me to let me know it was there. After we picked up the car, we were in the parking lot of your dealership and realized that one of the two keys didn't work. We asked about it and nobody there knew what to do. We were told to bring the car back the next day and they would fix it. With our works schedules being so crazy, someone from suburu stopped by our house to get the car and try and fix the key situation while we were at work. Unknown to us, he put over 180 miles on the car that day and still didn't fix the problem with the key. This was just unacceptable to us. We contacted your manager there and he was very gracious about making the situation right and apologizing about our experience. We love our car and had a great time with Larry looking and test driving vehicles in your lot. I just wish the second half of our experience was as good as the first. More

Would highly recommend DJ Dougherty, got him from internet price quote and dealt mainly with him. He explained and showed all the major functions for vehicle before I left the lot. I will come here again if I need another vehicle in future. Highly recommend! More

Very good service as a returning customer I did most of my purchase with DJ Dougherty on the internet. I made arrangements with DJ to meet at 4pm and I did not arrive till 5:30 pm and DJ waite I did most of my purchase with DJ Dougherty on the internet. I made arrangements with DJ to meet at 4pm and I did not arrive till 5:30 pm and DJ waited until them and he turned me over to Frank Hart to complete the transaction and he did a wonder job completing the sale. These 2 salesmen are a valuable employees to Peninsula Subaru. Frank is very knowable on the showing the functions of the car we purchased. I would like to thank you for helping us with purchase and I will recommend your dealership again. More

My first Subaru - usually a Toyota loyal customer First of all I went to your Subaru dealer because it is closed on Sunday for a family day. I think that is very commendable and drew me to your dealership. Tanner Dickson was my sales person, he was very helpful, patient and polite. Any questions he didn't know he would find out the answer to. Calling and getting a hold of someone at the store after the sale can be a little difficult because there seem to be so many stores and the customer does not realize which store their sales person or the manager they want to talk to really works at. I bought a certified pre owned car and I think anyone purchasing a car wants to find the lowest price of the car. I don't know that I got a great deal for price on my car and have some regrets about spending so much but I appreciate the service and the hospitality of the dealership. They are following up on finding the books that go with the car as well as the extra key. I love my Forester so far, it has only been a couple of days but I think the car itself is great. I love that I sit higher up and there's room for my dog. I think this choice will help me with the weather in the Pacific Northwest as well as other places with snow that I frequent. More

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Kory. We purchased our 2007 Legacy from him nine years ago. It was great to see him still working at Peninslula. Says a lot for Kory as well as Peninsula. I Love my Forester. Great visibility, roomier with good safety features.
